Most online weight loss services in Ireland are affiliated with pharmacy businesses: the consultation and the sale are the same transaction. We are Consultant Endocrinologists, and we are independent of dispensing. If medication is right for you, you'll get a prescription you can take to any pharmacy in Ireland — we earn nothing from it either way.

Consultant Endocrinologist
Dr Andrew Kernohan is a consultant and has been helping patients lose weight for over 15 years. He has extensive practical and research experience of the medications used in weight management. He is on the IMC Specialty Register and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, and practises evidence-based medicine and person-centred care.

Consultant Endocrinologist
Dr David McGrane has over 15 years of experience as a consultant working with people trying to lose weight. He is a Consultant Endocrinologist on the IMC Specialty Register and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, and understands the challenges and opportunities in using the best evidence-based medical therapies to support people on their weight loss journey.
Mhairi Kelly
Specialist Dietician
Mhairi Kelly is a specialist dietitian with 12 years’ experience in hospital and community settings. Her expertise includes weight management, gastroenterology, allergy and paediatrics. She has been a guest lecturer in diabetes and weight management and works in partnership with each of her clients to achieve their goals in a person-centred way.

A BMI of 30 or more
From a BMI of 30 upwards, medical weight management is something our doctors will usually discuss with you. Weight-related conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease often improve alongside the weight.
A BMI of 27 or more with a weight-related condition
If you're living with prediabetes, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, sleep apnoea or a heart condition, treatment can be appropriate from a lower BMI.
Weight loss before surgery
If you're on an HSE or private waiting list and have been asked to lose weight before an operation — or declined treatment because of your weight — we can help you do it safely.

Consultations are €140 in person or €120 by video, with published fees for reviews. After your first consultation you can keep paying as you go, or move to a monthly subscription at €85, which includes a video consultation and a dietetic appointment each month. Medication is paid directly to your pharmacy, at the pharmacy's price.
